Maman has over 23 years experience in Information and Cyber security, Development, Networking, complex architecture design and problem solving. A serial entrepreneur, he co-founded a number of start-up companies, including Hexaier, Teridion, Xplenty, GreenCloud, Vanadium-Soft, Preacos, and others. Named one of the Top-40 Israeli Internet Startup Professionals by TheMarker Magazine. and recently named as Top 40 under 40 most promising Israeli business professionals by Globes Magazine. Maman is a veteran from an elite technology unit of the IDF.

Dr. Cohn has advised numerous entrepreneurs and corporates on how to map out their IP to build a strategic asset and remains a member of the Board of Directors for some of these.

Today, Ofer is the founder and president of a digital health start up focusing on mental health, operating in Israel and the USA.
