Holo Zheng is the General Manager of Techcode Israel, the first China innovation center in Israel, and launched the first global MedTech accelerator across 5 countries. Prior to that she was an award-winning producer of multiple media productions at SMG, China’s second largest media group. In 2013 she was selected to assist the Dutch Nudge Sustainability and Leadership program. She also served as marketing planner for Actions, a Nasdaq-listed semiconductor company. She facilitates woman empowerment sessions at the Israel Asia Center and speaks at forums to promote China-Israel innovation. She holds an MA in entrepreneurship and an International MBA.

Yanni has extensive experience in international organizations, such as United Nations Foundation and American Society of International Law. She obtained her Bachelor Degree in Business Management from the University of International Business and Economics. She gained her master's degree at Kogod School of Business in Washington, DC. She has been working with Techcode's finance team for the past two years.
Head of Business Development and Innovation
Tal Fishman has gained her B.A. in Business Administration, Major in Finance, at the I.D.C Herzeliya, Israel and her Executive M.Sc. in Marketing, City University of New York. She has over 15 years of experience in commercial and Intellectual Property (IP) Business Development activities in global markets including Europe, North America and Asia. Tal speaks fluently several languages including English, Chinese, French and German which on top of her BD skills help her to create and nourish an international network of executives. During her BD managerial effort she accumulated vast experience working with governmental institutions to create collaborations between Israeli and foreign companies and to support Israeli companies in finding suitable global partners. Her past experience includes both Private companies (F.D. Consulting), Governmental (North America Desk at the Israeli Chief Scientist, Ministry of Economy) and Public companies (888 Holdings).
Program Manager & Legal
Itay Gal-Or has a versatile background with experience in the areas of Law, Corporate Finance, Private Equity and Entrepreneurship. Itay holds a B.A in Finance, and L.L.B in Corporate Law from the Herzliya Interdisciplinary Center (IDC) Itay is a certified lawyer and member of the Israeli Bar Association. His background includes working with well known and respected firms in London, Los-Angeles and Tel-Aviv. Itay is also an active member in different leadership positions including being a member of the Audit Committee at several non-profit organizations.
Ido Cohen has extensive experience working with government agencies, International organizations, and Startups. His past positions include working as Head of International Marketing at Tel Aviv Global, an initiative started by the Mayor's Office of Tel Aviv-Yafo dedicated to elevating the city’s global positioning as a global city. Ido also worked as a project manager for the successful Israeli startup Zeekit and has experience working with international organizations in the private and public sector. Ido holds a master degree in communication strategy from the Interdisciplinary Center Herzliya and a B.A in political science from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
Head of Operations (business)
Before joining Techcode Israel Innovation Center, Sally was senior PR manager working at Marketing Communication Department of Techcode in Beijing Head Quarter. Prior to that, Sally had been a PR manager at Capgemini, a global leading company in consulting, technology and outsourcing services, to promote business in China. Sally has a wealth of experience in marketing, PR and project management. She also has technology background and worked with companies such as Microsoft, Apple and HP during her work at Ogilvy (one of the largest marketing communications companies in the world) , Sally has deep understanding on how technology changes the world. Sally holds a BA in Computer Science and Technology from the Central University of Nationality in China. She loves challenges and is always looking for new adventures.
Moran was previously a Project Manager at Bat-Yam Municipality, where she initiated and lead urban projects. She has extensive experience creating social initiatives, partnerships and building communities as well as event coordination and marketing. She's a self-motivated, passionate and energetic team player and a real-time problem solver. Moran holds a Masters in the Management of Non-Profit and Community Organisations from Hebrew University. Simon served as a project engineer of Beijing Science and Technology Commission and Minister of International Cooperation of China Optical Engineering Society, he has 6 years of experience in International Cooperation, science and technology consulting and technology transfer. Prior to this, Simon planned the Asia-Europe Science and Technology Innovation Cooperation Center project and set-up the two sub-centers in Intelligent Manufacturing and Micro-systems platform, establishing branches in several countries. Simon holds an MBA Degree from Cape Breton University, Canada.
Sindri worked as a mechatronic engineer for Institute of Electrical Engineering of the Chinese Academy of Sciences. He has been deeply involved in the landing of new energy battery technology in the industrial park, also accumulated experience in the commercialization of research findings. Then he entered the international technology transfer industry and had a wide range of connections and profound understanding in the fields of AI, optical display, new materials, and robots. Sindri holds a Master's degree in Engineering. He is high on exploring the innovative application of frontier technology.
